Purchases

Products are sold through third-party platforms: app stores (such as Google Play and the Microsoft Store) and payment providers (such as Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record). Your purchase is subject to the terms, refund policy, and consumer protections of the platform you buy through, alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which are not affected by anything on this page. Prices are shown at the point of sale on the relevant platform.

Software

Each application is licensed, not sold, for your personal use in line with the licence terms shown in the product or store listing. Our software is provided with reasonable care, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting your statutory rights.
